Employee Spotlight: Matt Dyches

Matt Dyches has been with Premier Networx from the very beginning and was promoted to Chief Information Officer in September 2018. As CIO, Matt is responsible for overseeing and supporting our technical staff to ensure that we’re effectively and efficiently taking care of our customer’s IT needs. He also tests and implements new products and service offerings and is heavily involved in business planning and development.

Matt has played an integral role in creating a work environment where every Premier Networx employee feels valued, has fun, works hard, and accomplishes meaningful work. When working with clients, Matt enforces our number one priority of building long-lasting customer relationships while providing a level of service that can’t be matched. He does this by always listening to our client’s concerns and creating solutions tailored to their needs. Everyone has a different pain point when it comes to their IT, and Matt, with the rest of the Premier Networx team, can address them all.

“We’re always working hard to get better at everything that we do. We’re going to be doing some really exciting things and offering a lot of new benefits to our customers in the near future. I’m excited to be involved in these improvements”, says Matt.

Matt attended Georgia Southern University and has over ten years of experience in the MSP business. He and his wife, Leanna, just celebrated their ten-year anniversary. They have twin nine-year-old daughters, Anna Kate & Emily. Matt and his family take full advantage of their great location in Summerville and often walk to church, Augusta University, and some of their favorite restaurants including Sheehan’s and Beck’s. In his spare time, Matt serves as Chairman of the International Missions Committee and also volunteers with Good Neighbor Ministries and Family Promise of Augusta.
