A Technology Support Agreement (TSA) is an annual contract that outlines a customized  agreement between your business and Premier Networx based on your IT needs.

  • Remote support (entry into your computer instead of coming on site, if applicable) as well as onsite support.
  • No hourly service charge during normal business hours.
  • No limit on the amount of support.
  • 24×7 support is available.
